Beautifully executed in 14k, we have seen this design previously in sterling.
The stone is unknown, however there is a slight color variation in different lighting conditions. The color tone changes from goldish-brown to purpley-pink. I regret this was impossible to capture on film.
According to the book, "Messengers of Modernism", Henry Steig was working almost exclusively in gold by 1960. We would date this piece to that era.
Measures: 1 1/4" around, not including bale.
5.5 grams
**Note: We show the pendant with a beautiful 14k Italian Gold chain. It is not included in the price, but the chain is available for an additional $100.
