This is a very unusual pendant watch, made by Borel with the Cocktail Spinner.
Triangle Shaped, with cut outs of 3 "card suits" (hearts/ spades / clubs). Keeps Time. Condition is good vintage, see extreme close up photos.
Just add a chain or cord of your choice and it's good to go.
