Fantastic Vintage Bakelite Table Top Cigarette Holder.
It is a figural Asian Man wearing a "Coolie" type hat.

Measures: 5" tall
The Cigarettes would go into the brass coil.
I am unsure as to what the other brass piece was used for.

Very nice condition.  No issues, no cracks, no crazing.
Yellow and Black bakelite.
