This is an unusual Cocktail Pocket /  Purse / or Pendant Watch from the 1964 New York World's Fair.
Red/Orange and Blue, in a gold tone case.

This is only marked "SWISS".  This is a ONE jeweled watch, although it is Swiss made, it was not made by the Ernest Borel Company.

Condition: Good vintage condition. 
Case has some scratches.
Crystal is in good condition.
