Very unusual Fredrick Davis silver cuff bracelet. The bracelet background has a fine cross hatch design. The edges of the cuff are irregular, rather than the flat straight edge normally seen, giving the piece an organic feel, sutiable for either a man or woman. The applied pieces are sort of an illustration of Mexican culture of that time. There are pre columbian representative pieces (mask, birds); cutural themes (siesta, man going to market); there is a dog, ferns, and an owl (a nod to the Sanborn owl logo perhaps). There are also various geometric shapes through out. It is quite an interesting piece, one we have not encountered before.
